At NR Trader, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for eligible products (with a few exceptions listed below).
How to Request a Return
To request a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and share return instructions with you.

Pack the item securely and send it back to the provided address.

Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Products that have been used, damaged, or washed by the customer

Products without original packaging or missing accessories

Sale, discounted, or promotional items

Customized or made-to-order items (if applicable)
Refund Method
Since NR Trader operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds (where applicable) will be issued through one of the following:

Bank Transfer

Easypaisa or JazzCash
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
Processing time may take up to 7–10 business days depending on your payment method.
Exchange Option
If you received the wrong size, color, or item, you can request an exchange instead of a refund (subject to availability).
Please contact us within 7 days for exchange arrangements.
